before i start, ytd i was reading my daily bread. and its :

if i were to scoop up a handful of dirt and blow into it, all i would get is a dirty face. When God did it,he got a living, breathing human being capable of thinking, feeling,dreaming,loving,reproducing and living forever.
as on of these human beings, i speak of "catching" my breath,"holding"my breath, or "saving" my breath,but these are idoms of language. i cannot save my breath for use at a time later. if i dont use the one i have now,i'll lose it, and i may even lose consciousness(i dont understand this part about losing consciousness, someone explain??)
when God breathed into adam, he gave more life; he gave a reason to live :worship! as the psalmist said, "let everything that has breath praise the LORD" ps.150:6
this means that we waste our breath when we use it for something that doesnt honor the one whom "we live and move and have out being"
although we cannot blow life into a handful of dirt, we can use our breath to speak of words of comefort, to sing songs of praise, and to run to help the sick and oppressed. when we use our breath to honor out Creater with our unique combinations of talents, abilities,and opportunities,we will never be wasting it.

well,somehow i feel that it links to me running like a mad woman yesterday. idk, it just gives me the feeling (:

anw, back from GB, gb was fun today (: we did fancy drill :D
i wonder how long was the last time i did that alr, i think is after last year drill comp then perform few more times and then nvr touch liao. and i kinda forgot alot of the steps le..but i still can rmb the part where the song is at "u are the way the truth and the light........"
haha, our song was oneway lah.. and also when its at the chorus. i think its like damn nice (: if i can,im gna get the video of us from my officer.hahaha, wait. i look damn retarded that time cos i was short hair-ed and intended to tie it,but my tcher in charge made me take it down and she clipped+sprayed my hair up like some bloody retard. lols...seriously it was retarded..and we got bronze (: while many got C.O.P hahaha. we are pro okay, oni other schools more pro oni right. LOL.
and then we did some craft work. and i did a cross. (: if i got time then i upload the photos la horh..haha, and we were like asking maam fiona to help us buy it, cos it was from GB hq. its like some mao mao thingy (not umair uh) like cotton i think, then u shape it into any shape.must keep poking or sth. then can make into keychain or attatch a safety pin on it, then become some idk what. LOL.
anw had lunch with vicki and shanshan, and omgoshszxc... putting them tgt are like letting two patients from woodbridge out tgt. and its like crazy dao siao.. -.- and u know what, after lunch on the way out of causeway, they were retardedly calling me ms/mrs/mdm/taitai with my surname. and it sounds so retarded.. heng my dream jobs wont require me using my surname with any of those above.. -.- so yeah, teaching mightb out of the question.haha.
