im aching and pain-ing all over man... UH! cos today training, we first had warm up and all those normal stuff.then when warm up, we did setting, then mr marc looking frm outside.then elaine set the ball slightly behind me but i didnt gage properly where the ball will drop..then the ball slipped frm my hands,then i turn behind wan get the ball then saw mr marc shaking his head.. DIAO! ..lol! then half of the training was six on six. i like! but cos coach training one team so he could send to under 13 match. then he made me,elaine,regina,sharifah,sahhida and nadiah one team.then he tried out sharifah and regina as setters.then the rest is jus play winner in losers out against us.but we lose we still stay put..then before that i got headache for awhile.then wan vomit cos exercise sommore mah, but i didnt tell anyone cos i knew they'll go tell coach, i noe my limits cos i will hold on till i really cannot one...then when playing six on six, the ball fly behind elaine then i was standing behind her.then she move back, i move front,cos i tot she cannot catch,but she did.then * BANG! * bang into each other, then my forehead hit the back of her head.then i suddenly black out. omg its jus scary can...then after few seconds then slowly clear...then continued playing. then when i blacked out, i super duper damn scared i will faint..then i jus kept fighting on to clear my vision..then its like, everytime we miss digging a ball then nobody made effort to dig/dive for it, then nid down five.then kip down five down five.then shoulders super pain..then coach pity us then change to running..then wahlao, damn tiring lah..then in the end, we played match wif sec two,consisting of yunyi,sharon,joycelin,pricilla,wanyu,jiaxin. then coach says by 6 o'clock, who ever that is losing, the whole lvl mus down 20.like if we lose, not oni us do, the pang guan zhe oso nid do.then i tot : die la die la..my shoulder alr pain then lydat tmr sure die lo..then lucky we won la.then the sec twos did 20. lol then coach toktok.then nid do journal.shit la~ sia la. . .i want a massage! ):

today oso got back geog MCQ ,cher didnt tell us out result but jus went thru.then i roughly gaged my score.guess wad? like shyt..got one damndamn STUPID mistake la..i can never forgive myself for doing so man...then mrs yip says the paper is very easy.and i didnt get an A. cos the class no A so i sure no chance.so that oni goes to show how lousy i am man...
